Products & pricing

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We aim to display products and colours accurately, but slight variations may occur between images and the actual item. Measurements are taken by hand and may vary slightly. We may change prices, products and availability at any time.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to cancel an order with a full refund in cases such as pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our approved payment providers, including M-Pesa and card. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipping & returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund Policy, both available on our site.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including logos, images, text and designs — belongs to Crown Crest Jewel and may not be used without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crown Crest Jewel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Kenyan consumer law.
