Our promise
You can return or exchange an unworn item, in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
How to start
Message us on WhatsApp or email crowncrestjewel@gmail.com with your order number and reason, and we'll guide you from there.
A few notes
- For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if faulty.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original box.
- Return delivery is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
- Exchanges for a different size or piece are welcome, subject to availability.
Faulty or wrong item?
If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
